Stuffing 6,000 eggs for our Easter egg hunt. Light supper provided. Come and hang out and help us get ready for our Easter egg hunt.
Our quarterly business meeting will be held on the 28th of January, and is an important meeting as we will be voting on suspending our current bylaws for two years and implementing bylaws for an elder led church. The business meeting will be held following the service with a pot luck lunch.
A new members workshop is a chance to hear more about the church its ministries and vision and to ask questions and understand what it means to be a member of SRCC
On the 28th of January at the business meeting we will vote on whether to adopt the proposed bylaws for a two year period. Leading up to this vote we want everyone to have the opportunity to ask questions and get answers about the proposal, after church on the 14th there will be an opportunity to find out more about the proposal.
Our annual campout is fast approaching, this year we will be holding it over Labor Day weekend from the 1st through the 4th of September at Little Fawn Campground group site on the south side of Elk Lake.
